Recent SculpTure + InstallationS (2024-2025)

This series of recent sculptures and installations were part of my solo exhibition (Un)Tethered at MoCA Arlington in 2025. Like most of my other work, these pieces combine multiple mediums, including embroidery, drawing, painting, and sculptural elements that include found objects and materials. This work is a deeply personal reflection of my relationship with my mother, and the experience of caring for her during her short battle with cancer. There is a through-line of representational imagery, such as flowers, windows, and fragments of bodies at rest. Flowers are particularly prominent in these works, and become symbols for simultaneous, contradicting interpretations—celebrating life, revisiting memories, marking absence, and mourning the dead.

You can read more about my most recent works in the About section of my website.
