(Un)Tethered
(2025)

(Un)tethered explores the chaos and instability of grief, an emotion that can cause the whole world to feel suddenly upside-down. Drawing upon her personal experience of caring for her mother during a short battle with cancer and the incomprehensible void that was left after she died, Morrow reflects on the fragmentary nature of memory, and the enduring bonds and rituals that tether us to loved ones who have passed on. This exhibition was on view at MoCA Arlington (Arlington, VA) in Summer 2025.
